SDI Surface Aid is a proprietary blend of aromatic and ketone solvents specifically formulated to rejuvenate and repair existing solvent-based acrylic sealers on concrete surfaces. It re-liquifies overly thick, bubbled, hazed, or delaminating sealer to restore clarity, bonding, and appearance without the need for full stripping and reapplication.

- Coverage Highly variable depending on the severity of sealer issues and surface condition. Typically applied at approximately 200–400 sq ft per gallon. Multiple light applications may be needed for heavily damaged areas (no fixed coverage rate).
- Product Use Case Ideal for restoring heavily coated or failing solvent-based acrylic sealers on concrete floors, driveways, patios, and other horizontal surfaces that show signs of softening, fading, peeling, cracking, delamination, or surface defects. Perfect maintenance solution to renew the sealer without stripping. Solvent-based flammable product – Recommended for outdoor use only or in well-ventilated areas with proper safety precautions. Use with extreme caution indoors due to high flammability and strong vapors.
- Method of Application Apply liberally by pouring, rolling with a solvent-resistant roller, or spraying with a solvent-safe sprayer. Work in small sections and allow the product to dwell and penetrate the existing sealer. Re-roll or brush as needed to level and remove bubbles. Allow to fully react and dry (typically 1–2 hours). A second light application may be required for severe cases. Keep away from open flames, sparks, or ignition sources at all times. Ensure excellent ventilation during and after application.
