- Returns within 14 days: Items may be returned for a full refund/credit if they are in clean, unused, and fully re-sellable condition (with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact).
- Returns within 15–30 days: Items may still be returned if they are in clean, unused, and fully re-sellable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund/credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in this period.
- After 30 days: No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Additional Requirements and Notes
- All returns must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- We inspect all returned items upon receipt. If an item is not in re-sellable condition (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts, or unclean), we may deny the return or apply additional fees/deductions.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Certain items may be non-returnable—these will be noted on the product page if applicable. Custom integral color (including custom-blended or mixed integral concrete colorants) is non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances due to its custom nature and inability to be resold.
- For defective or damaged items, contact us immediately for warranty/exchange options.
