Performance Highlights:
- Cyclo-aliphatic chemistry ensures excellent UV stability, minimal yellowing, and long-term clarity compared to standard aromatic or amine-cured epoxies.
- Outstanding chemical resistance (typical values; always perform site-specific testing):
- 10% Sodium Hydroxide: E (long-term immersion)
- 50% Sodium Hydroxide: D (72-hour immersion)
- Gasoline: C (8-hour splash/spill)
- MEK: A (not recommended)
- Xylene: C
- 10% Sulfuric Acid: C
- (Rating: A = not recommended, B = 2-hr splash, C = 8-hr splash, D = 72-hr immersion, E = long-term immersion)
- Hot tire resistance and high abrasion/impact durability make it ideal for vehicular traffic areas.
- Low-odor formulation suitable for occupied spaces during application.
Recommended Applications:
- High-build seamless concrete floor coatings
- Garage floors, workshops, and commercial/industrial environments
- Decorative systems (metallic, flake, or quartz broadcasts)
- Areas requiring chemical splash/spill resistance and easy cleanability
Professional Use Only – Surface preparation is critical (consult ICRI guidelines or mechanical abrasion to CSP 3+). Always refer to the full Technical Data Sheet and SDS prior to use. Mix thoroughly and apply using notched squeegee, roller, or trowel methods.
This epoxy delivers contractor-proven performance with reliable cure profiles and mechanical integrity for long-term floor protection.
