Description
SDI Enhancer Shield SB is an active solvent-based silicone water repellent and impregnating sealer designed for porous masonry surfaces. It penetrates deeply to protect concrete, brick, block, and stone while enhancing the natural color with a subtle wet-look effect and no surface film build.

- Coverage 100–300 sq ft per gallon depending on surface porosity and texture. Two coats recommended, applied wet-on-wet. Coverage is approximate and will vary with substrate absorption.
- Product Use Case Ideal for protecting and enhancing horizontal or vertical concrete surfaces, pavers, brick, block, natural stone, and cementitious overlays. Perfect for driveways, patios, walkways, and decorative concrete where water and stain resistance is needed while maintaining a natural look. Solvent-based flammable product – Recommended for outdoor use only or in well-ventilated areas with proper safety precautions. Use with extreme caution indoors due to high flammability and strong vapors.
- Method of Application Apply using a solvent-resistant roller, brush, or low-pressure pump sprayer. Flood the surface to achieve saturation, working in small sections. Apply a second coat wet-on-wet while the first coat is still wet. Back-roll to eliminate puddles. Allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour before light foot traffic and 24 hours before heavy use. Protect from rain for at least 4–6 hours after application. Keep away from open flames, sparks, or ignition sources.
