Application Instructions:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants, dirt, oils, or water.
- Apply with a 3/8″ nap roller using saturated, overlapping strokes for even coverage (avoid puddling – do not let product pool!).
- Allow it to penetrate and work for several minutes; no additional sealer needed.
- Best applied when temperatures are above 50°F; avoid application during morning dew, high humidity, or wet conditions (ideal in Spring or Fall).
- Foot traffic in 4-6 hours; wheel traffic after 24 hours. Full cure in 4-24 hours depending on conditions.
