Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to accept returns under the following terms.

  • Returns within 14 days: Items may be returned for a full refund/credit if they are in clean, unused, and fully re-sellable condition (with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact).
  • Returns within 15–30 days: Items may still be returned if they are in clean, unused, and fully re-sellable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund/credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in this period.
  • After 30 days: No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Additional Requirements and Notes

  • All returns must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • We inspect all returned items upon receipt. If an item is not in re-sellable condition (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts, or unclean), we may deny the return or apply additional fees/deductions.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable—these will be noted on the product page if applicable. Custom integral color (including custom-blended or mixed integral concrete colorants) is non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances due to its custom nature and inability to be resold.
  • For defective or damaged items, contact us immediately for warranty/exchange options.
