Surfblock SB-12 is a high-performance, solvent-based silane/siloxane water repellent designed for maximum protection of masonry and concrete surfaces. This penetrating sealer provides deep water and salt resistance while remaining breathable and leaving a completely natural, non-film-forming appearance.

- Coverage Vertical surfaces: 150–250 sq ft per gallon per coat. Horizontal surfaces: 100–200 sq ft per gallon per coat. Coverage varies significantly with surface porosity. One or two coats recommended depending on substrate.
- Product Use Case Ideal for protecting brick, block, concrete, natural stone, precast concrete, and other porous masonry surfaces against water damage, efflorescence, and salt attack. Perfect for above-grade walls, foundations, pool decks, patios, and driveways where maximum water repellency is needed without changing the surface appearance. Solvent-based flammable product – Recommended for outdoor use only or in well-ventilated areas with proper safety precautions. Use with extreme caution indoors due to high flammability and strong vapors.
- Method of Application Apply using a low-pressure pump sprayer, roller, or brush until the surface is saturated (flood coat). Work from the bottom up on vertical surfaces. Apply a second coat wet-on-wet while the first coat is still wet. Allow to dry for 24–48 hours before exposure to water. Keep away from open flames, sparks, or ignition sources during and after application.
