- Product Details Solvent-based siloxane modified methyl methacrylate sealer. 25% solids content. VOC compliant formula (350 VOC or 700 VOC variant depending on region). High-gloss, non-yellowing.
- Coverage Approximately 200–350 sq ft per gallon per coat depending on surface porosity and texture. Two thin coats are recommended for best results and maximum protection.
- Product Use Case Ideal for sealing and protecting pool decks, stamped concrete, stenciled concrete, acid-stained concrete, exposed aggregate, and other decorative horizontal surfaces such as patios, driveways, and walkways. Can be used as a cure-and-seal on fresh concrete or as a protective topcoat on cured unsealed concrete. Solvent-based flammable product – Recommended for outdoor use only or in well-ventilated areas with proper safety precautions. Use with extreme caution indoors due to high flammability and strong vapors.
- Method of Application Stir thoroughly before use. Apply two thin, even coats using a solvent-resistant roller (3/8″ nap recommended) or solvent-safe sprayer. Allow the first coat to dry 1–2 hours before applying the second coat. Work in small sections to maintain a wet edge and avoid lap marks. Back-roll to eliminate puddles. Keep away from open flames, sparks, or ignition sources. Allow 24 hours before light foot traffic and 72 hours before vehicle traffic or heavy use. Protect from rain for at least 4–6 hours after application.
